Business Operations & Growth Manager

About the role

Aurelia is looking for a Business Operations & Growth Manager who wants to help build something. We are a seven-figure women's health practice that wants to stay intentionally small (grow to no more than 1000 patients). We help women do midlife better through high-touch, relationship-centered care. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for someone who can sit close to the center of the business, understand how the pieces fit together, and help us build what's next.

Part operator, part business developer, and part CEO right hand. Growth and build focused.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our founder and CEO and across our clinical, relationships, marketing, and administrative teams to turn priorities into execution, improve how we operate, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Own business operations including systems, SOPs, technology, automations, team workflows, onboarding, hiring support, and cross-functional projects.
• Oversee our virtual support team and continuously look for ways to make Aurelia simpler, smarter, and more profitable.
• Own a portion of our daily Miracle Hour dedicated to outreach, conversions, partnerships and business development, including identifying potential corporate and strategic partners, opening doors, building relationships, pitching Aurelia, following up, and closing opportunities.
• Be accountable to measurable growth goals, not simply activity.
• Serve as a right hand to our CEO on special projects, helping take ideas from conversation to execution without needing someone else to drive every step.

Who We're Looking For

• You may have started as an assistant and became so valuable you quickly took on more responsibility in a small company.
• You may have a clinical leadership background, or you've worked in a scaling online business.
• You may come from operations, business management, healthcare, practice management, project management, business development, or a founder-led company.
• You already understand what it feels like when everyone wears more than one hat.
• You're warm, energetic, confident, commercially minded, and comfortable with sales.
• You notice things, take ownership, follow through, and have a strong "I'll figure it out" instinct.
• You're tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and ActiveCampaign.
• You're excited about AI and automation and naturally look for better ways to get things done.
• You've already built in Claude.
• You're interested in the world we're building in: Hormones, Women's health, Metabolic health, Nervous system, Nutrition, Longevity.
• You don't need a clinical background, although nursing, healthcare, or health and wellness experience would be a bonus.
• You do need genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for this work.
• You're ambitious enough to want increasing responsibility, but humble enough to earn it.
