Position Summary
The IT Administrative and Assistant's role is to provide administrative support for the IT Department Director and IT staff as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Meeting scheduling with minutes
- Monitoring and tracking IT budgets
- Maintaining the IT contracts database
- Taking Service Desk calls
- Entering service requests
- Responding to minor issues
- Performing minor desktop setups
- Providing backup equipment coordination support to the DME department

Monday- Friday; 8 am-4:30 PM MST
Compensation
$21.59-31.09/ hour
Position Requirements
- Licensure/Certification/Registrations: A+ Microsoft certification preferred.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree relevant field preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years administrative experience, 1+ year of prior PC related experience with Microsoft Windows operating system support.

- The ability to efficiently document and track technical support issues with a working knowledge of Windows.
- The ability to train end-users on practices that help to avoid technical support issues.
- The ability to work independently, organize time effectively, manage multiple projects efficiently, meet project timelines, coordinate and work with others.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT and Publisher) required.
Essential Functions
- Perform general office duties such as typing, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, faxing, etc.
- Cookordinate materials for meetings and training sessions and other activities within the IT Department.
- Schedule and provide support for meetings as needed (e.g., sending meeting/clinic notifications, scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food, logistics, etc.).
- Aid in resolving administrative issues by preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Cookordinate and maintain IT Director's calendar and provide minutes for committee meetings.
- Track IT budget expenditures and assist with building annual IT Budgets.
- Maintain IT department contracts database and ensure annual renewals are completed on schedule.
- Provide backup support to the Service Desk. When requested, provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution services to computer and telephone end-users.
