Business Operations Coordinator
About the role
Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to assist with a variety of business functions and project activities. Work with team leaders to monitor, control, and manage business operations in support of departmental needs and goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks, which may include intake/triage, inventory management, finance, and/or reporting.
- Aid with project management.
- Support internal and external stakeholder relations. Liaise and coordinate with other departments as required.
- Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports.
- Might assist in coordinating allocation of human resources and/or onboarding of new employees.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Required Experience: 3 years' health industry or related experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalency
Qualifications
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $21.39 - $29.95. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance).
