Business Operations Analyst

About the role

Sizzling Platter is a multi-brand restaurant franchisee seeking an analytics specialist to support the Strategic Analytics function. Reporting to Gilberto Valdez, Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer, this full-time, onsite position focuses on follow-through on analysis, automation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• CAM audit follow-through: Verify findings against source documentation, identify stakeholders, and drive resolutions.
• Pricing data QA: Spot-check pulls against source, flag anomalies, and troubleshoot failed pulls.
• Automation scoping: Interview stakeholders to identify repetitive tasks worth automating.
• Automation build-out: Develop and test scripts using tools like Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Claude Code.
• Status tracking: Maintain a clear record of open, resolved, or stuck items across audits, pricing QA, and automation projects.

Requirements

• Comfortable with scripting and automation tools.
• Deep curiosity about tools, AI, and automation platforms.
• Self-sufficient and persistent in following up on tasks.
• Organized and able to manage multiple open threads.
• Experience with facilities, real estate, or retail operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• No degree required, but a relevant degree is welcome.
• No coding background required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Experience with SQL, Excel/Python, or a command-line tool is a plus.
• Hands-on exposure to Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with lease administration, CAM reconciliation, or vendor management is a plus.
• Previous experience building something on your own initiative is a plus.

$60,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
