Business Operations Analyst

About the Role: We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Landing! This role will tackle cross-functional, high-impact projects to drive best business practices. Responsibilities include diagnosing root problems across the business, implementing process changes, and working with business leaders to improve our processes. What You'll Do: Tackle high-impact projects both within and across operations teamsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to increase transparency and drive operational excellence across the businessDiagnose and remedy process inefficiencies across the businessDrive process and performance improvements across property onboarding, from deal signature to live unitProvide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting on operational performance Create clear dashboards highlighting team performance against goals for all key metricsOn board properties to ensure accurate information and seamless operations Example Projects: Installations: How do we build a single install tracker with real-time visibility so all stakeholders operate out of one system of record from deal signing to live unit?Field Operations:: How do we deliver exceptional service in subscale markets?Corporate Housing: How do we ensure consistent and accurate completion of quality inspection forms across 20 different corporate housing companies? Sales: How do we sign more partnerships?
