Business Operations Analyst

About the role

The Business Operations Analyst oversees, manages, and validates GLIN provider network data. Duties include data management, validation, report development, and analytics for internal and external business partners.

Responsibilities

• Data management and validation
• Development and deployment of reports
• Collaboration with provider system partners
• Provider enrollment and compliance support
• Support for special projects and performance improvement initiatives
• Creation and implementation of forecasting methodologies for value-based contracts

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Business Administration or IT Systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred
• Experience in operations within a health care provider office or a health insurance company preferred
• Knowledge of current and future trends in health care reimbursement and population health preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software

Pay

The pay range for this position is $59,260 - $85,849. Individual salaries will be determined based on factors including education, experience, qualifications, and expertise.

Schedule

The position is full-time and hybrid, located in Buffalo, New York.
