About the role
The Business Operations Analyst is an integral member of our Banking organization’s Strategic Programs team. This role serves as an extension of the leadership team and is highly visible across all Fiserv teams. You will have ownership of important internal business processes, as well as manage important ad hoc projects that drive client health, strategic direction, and operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with Implementations, Business Leaders, Sales, Client Support, Development, Product Management, Account Management, and Service Management teams.
- Maintain an ongoing interface with external and internal stakeholders in areas such as decision analysis, planning and execution, and technical needs.
- Project management facilitation; this includes effectively communicating the process, organizing the schedule, communicating deadlines for intake, anticipating problems and pursuing resolutions, and ensuring a good communication plan is developed and executed.
- Constantly seek and execute operational efficiency ideas, analyzing and detailing business processes and documentation.
- Execute process and project management procedures utilizing key tools -- Clarity, SharePoint, ServicePoint, eCRM, and Microsoft Office Suite including PowerBI (for Data analysis).
- Execute on Change Management through the organization.
- Manage external partner relationships as needed for strategic projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related fields, and/or equivalent military experience.
- 4+ years of experience in working with business stakeholders and business users in gathering requirements, creating acceptance criteria, and presenting the proposed solutions to leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with project coordination and proven project management skills, leading conversations (verbal and written) with clients and other stakeholders.
- Experience reading and navigating contracts/SOWs.
- Experience with Estimation/ Pre-sales planning.
- Experience with sales teams and sales operations.
- Previous experience working in Financial Services.
- Knowledge of PowerBI or similar tool.

Pay
$74,000.00 - $122,400.00

This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
