Provide support and be involved in development of various business initiatives with limited supervision. Develop custom reporting for operational business analytics using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau. Build a strong understanding of operational business functions, terminology, and key performance metrics to solve and improve analytical business requirements. Communicate procedures and deliver support on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau to track organizational project progress and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop analysis across all facets of operations, retrieving and using data from multiple systems.
- Assist in developing performance strategies.
- Create standard operating procedures and training materials for new and existing organizational projects.
- Prepare and compile trend analysis across the organization.
- Support driver coaching procedures and operational tools by providing quick, clear responses to operations.
- Develop and support implementation of training focused on field operations.
- Track and monitor data analytics to identify trends, gaps, or omissions in current operating locations' performance.
- Assist Regional Operational Coaches as needed.
- Additional responsibilities as required by the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong listening and inquisitive abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI, including creating, editing, and publishing reports.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Business background in financial, strategic, and organizational analysis.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Attention to data details and efficient problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency (required for training, safety communications, and compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with field-level operations or transportation.
Pay
Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.
