Business Operations Analyst
About the role
The Business Operations Analyst will serve as the Visual Communications Designer for the Passport Sector Operations team. This position is located in Fairfax, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Translate business information, data, and/or analytics into compelling visuals (e.g. charts, graphs, informational graphics, and presentations).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive presentations to support program initiatives, stakeholder meetings, and executive briefings.
- Create visual design solutions for marketing materials, presentations and other visual representations including brochures, posters, emails, illustrations/graphics and logos.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision making and strategic planning for the Sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 1 3 years of working experience.
- Strong communication and written skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a talent for creating visually appealing and impactful presentations.
- Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $46,900.00 - $95,700.00.
