Business Operations Analyst
About The Role
Provides operations and administrative support for a business unit. Coordinates budgeting, process improvement, and other functions enabling the department to meet objectives in an effective and efficient manner. Develops recommendations to solve issues related to business operations.
What You Will Do
- Maintains compliance with established policies, service contracts, and other operational constraints during invoicing.
- Collaborates with relevant departments to establish and implement accounting standards for complex transactions or special projects.
- Solves inquiries and requests from peers, vendors, and clients through troubleshooting and resolution.
- Evaluates and monitors departmental processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement in customer service delivery.
- Coordinates budget preparation and gathers input from various sources to compile necessary operating, financial, and statistical data.
- Communicates standard processes, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.

What You’ll Need
- A Bachelor's degree preferred, but 3 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- The ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- In-depth knowledge of analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- An organizational skill set with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and financial-related calculations.
