Business Operations Analyst
About the role
The Business Process Improvement Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Business Process Improvement team to drive meaningful change. You will be responsible for analyzing current workflows and developing strategies to improve efficiency across all Process Gases businesses.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows, data, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and performance improvement opportunities.
- Map current processes and conduct stakeholder interviews to understand pain points and requirements.
- Develop and execute detailed improvement plans, including training teams and managing change implementation.
- Document all quality initiatives, systems, and process outcomes for future reference.
- Present findings, recommendations, and process changes to senior management and relevant business teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, quality, engineering, or business-related functions.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
- Experience with BPMN tools (e.g., Figma, LucidChart) and database/reporting tools (e.g., SQL, PowerBI).
