Responsibilities
- Own and administer a variety of internal operational systems and workflows
- Maintain records, documentation, databases, and operational trackers across the company
- Support internal process improvement initiatives and help scale administrative infrastructure
- Ensure operational processes are executed accurately, consistently, and on time
- Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal resources
- Support cross-functional projects and operational initiatives as the company grows
- Employee & Recruiting Administration
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes and associated documentation
- Maintain employee records and support employee lifecycle administration
- Manage routine administrative tasks associated with recruiting and People Operations systems
- Support the administration of company software platforms and operational systems
- Manage routine user provisioning, access requests, recordkeeping, and system maintenance
- Maintain organized records to support audits, compliance requirements, and operational reviews
- Aid with the routine administration of compliance, HR, recruiting, and business operations systems
- Help maintain operational documentation, internal resources, and administrative workflows
- Support the execution of recurring company processes and operational initiatives
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in business operations, administration, recruiting coordination, executive support, office operations, HR coordination, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Highly proactive and resourceful problem-solving mindset
- Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms) to improve productivity, automate workflows, conduct research, create documentation, and solve operational problems
