Essential Duties
- Aid in the execution of daily accounting tasks within the facility.
- Maintain and organize all invoices, reports, accounting files, and ensure proper filing according to established policies and procedures.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivables to ensure timely payment.
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income, and expense reports as needed.
- Participate in planning and implementing changes to the accounting system as directed.

Preferred Qualifications
- A high-school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting practices.
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare.
