Responsibilities

• Oversee management in the business office, including hiring, training, coaching, and terminating employees if necessary.
• Conduct day-to-day operations of the business office, including managing budgets and records.
• Prepare and deliver monthly billing statements for each resident.
• Maintain vital statistics within the facility (census, discharges, admits, deaths, transfers, etc.).
• Monitor and manage the accounts receivables collection process.
• Verify Resident Trust is accurately reported.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant experience working in a Long-Term Care environment.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
