Key Responsibilities
- Manage resident accounts, including personal needs allowance (PNA) funds
- Process deposits, bank reconciliations, and check requests
- Support accounts receivable and billing functions
- Oversee reception staff and front desk operations
- Communicate with residents and families regarding billing and account questions
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Order and manage office supplies as needed
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, office management, or financial operations
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing financial transactions and reconciliations
- Experience supervising staff or coordinating office operations is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
