As the community's senior Human Resources leader, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through development and retention. You'll partner closely with department leaders to build high-performing teams, champion engagement initiatives, and foster a workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work. Serve as a trusted HR partner and advisor to leaders and team membersLead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talentCreate engaging onboarding experiences that set team members up for long-term successDrive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and culture-building initiativesCoach leaders on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and developmentEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practicesManage employee records and HRIS updates, including status changes and employment documentationAdminister benefits, leave programs, workers' compensation, and employee life-cycle processesPartner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and staffing strategiesAnalyze and report on key HR metrics including turnover, retention, recruiting, and engagement trends Payroll & Business Office Leadership Oversee payroll processing and related reporting to ensure accuracy and complianceSupport department leaders with timekeeping and payroll practicesProcess employee status, compensation, and benefit changes accurately and timelyReview employee expense reports and business office documentationServe as a resource regarding purchasing, invoice coding, and budget-related proceduresOversee accounts payable processes and ensure timely invoice management Team Leadership Lead and support Front Desk/Reception team membersRecruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team membersConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and supportFoster a hospitality-driven culture centered on service excellence and resident satisfaction What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of Human Resources experienceExperience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, and compliancePrevious leadership or supervisory experienceStrong understanding of employment practices, employee engagement, and payroll processesExcellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldSenior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site/multi-department experienceExperience serving as an HR business partner to operational leaders The Ideal Candidate You are a relationship-builder who enjoys being visible, approachable, and engaged with employees across the community.
