Business Office Director
About the role
Bring your HR, accounting, and operational expertise to a mission-driven senior living community in Roswell, where your work directly supports residents, associates, and community leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage monthly billing, collections, and cash controls
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accuracy
Verify and submit bi-weekly payroll; track PTO and ensure compliance
Maintain resident, vendor, employee, and financial files
Serve as a subject matter expert on key operating systems
Ensure accurate move-in/move-out billing and contract completion
Oversee human resources compliance and coordination
Coordinate new hire onboarding, state-required reports, and orientation
Maintain HRIS personnel data and licensing/training records
Partner with People & Culture on employee relations and policy compliance
Support leaders in coaching, documentation, and policy education
Support talent acquisition activities
Coordinate interviews and hiring workflows with managers
Prepare job offers and support onboarding scheduling
Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and open roles
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Accounting or Associate degree with 2–3 years of experience or 3–5 years of related experience
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting systems, and HRIS
Ability to interpret financial reports, regulations, and policies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Required valid driver’s license
Ability to meet PSL Background Check and Safe Driving Policy requirements
