About the role

The Business Office Coordinator (BOC) assists the Business Office Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and smooth management of Registration and Medical Records departments. The BOC will supervise these areas, while stepping in to manage the business office in the absence of the Business Office Manager. This role supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization and reports to the Business Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the business office.
  • Supervise the Registration and Medical Records departments.
  • Manage the business office in the absence of the Business Office Manager.
  • Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in managing medical records and healthcare administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with ASC or healthcare-specific business office systems.
  • Experience with cash receipts reconciliation and financial reporting.

Pay

PAY: $32-$39/hour
