Responsibilities

  • Support resident trust fund administration.
  • Cook up mail distribution and office correspondence.
  • Partner with centralized billing and revenue cycle teams.
  • Afford facility leadership with reporting and administrative support.
  • Safeguard compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior healthcare/business office experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality is crucial.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software is required.
