Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, and team members.
- Maintain resident financial records and supporting documentation.
- Aid with accounts payable, cash handling, and office financial processes.
- Support resident trust fund administration.
- Cook up mail distribution and office correspondence.
- Partner with centralized billing and revenue cycle teams.
- Afford facility leadership with reporting and administrative support.
- Safeguard compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior healthcare/business office experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality is crucial.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software is required.
