What You'll Do As a Business Office Assistant at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll: Patient Check-In/Check-Out: Greet patients, manage appointments, and ensure accurate registrationInsurance & Payments: Verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, post payments, and prepare daily deposit reportsChart Management: Review charts for accuracy and completeness, prepare for next-day servicesCash Handling: Create and balance cashier reports, ensure accuracy in daily reconciliationTeam Support: Assist clinical staff and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office A Great Fit If You… Brings professionalism and empathy to every patient interactionCan multitask without missing the detailsThrives in a team but works independently when neededKeeps calm and collected in a fast-paced medical office What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED2+ years of experience in a medical office settingWorking knowledge of Epic (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail, professionalism, and discretionAbility to multitask and remain flexible throughout the day Why OrthoAtlanta?
