As a Business Manager, you'll play a key role in building and strengthening client relationships while helping organisations optimise their workforce operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and support business growth.
- Conduct regular account health checks and growth reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key client accounts.
- Use analytical and creative problem-solving skills to address complex client challenges with scalable, practical solutions.
- Deliver client training and education on workforce management practices and US and Canadian workforce compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Meet and exceed individual, quarterly, and annual performance targets linked to portfolio growth and client retention.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions to support clients with their operational and workforce management challenges.
- Train new client users and stakeholders on workforce management platforms and processes.
- Review client operational workflows and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and support process improvement initiatives, working cross-functionally to streamline internal and external processes.
- Manage and resolve emerging client compliance issues, taking ownership from identification through to resolution.
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to address concerns and mitigate business risks.
- Support compliance-related initiatives and drive consistent resolution of client issues across the Client Engagement team.
- Stay up to date with relevant workforce compliance requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Experience managing client relationships, account portfolios, or customer success programmes.
- Ability to build credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
- Confidence leading client meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Experience supporting workforce management, operational processes, or compliance-related activities.
- Commercially minded, with a focus on driving client growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with US and Canadian workforce compliance requirements would be advantageous.

$65,000 - $70,000
