Responsibilities

  • Follow up on inbound leads and quote requests
  • Schedule site visits and estimate appointments
  • Aid in commercial prospecting and customer outreach
  • Prepare proposals and estimates
  • Track sales opportunities and customer follow-up activities in company CRM
  • Support networking and community relationship-building efforts
  • Help maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and revenue reporting
  • Manage customer communications and scheduling
  • Process invoices and assist with collections follow-up
  • Prepare weekly KPI and performance reports
  • Aid in vendor relationships
  • Support payroll preparation and administrative tasks
  • Learn all major functions of the business
  • Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures
  • Take ownership of special projects that improve efficiency and profitability
  • Serve as a stand-in for ownership when necessary
  • Assist with daily scheduling of crews and equipment
  • Cook up jobs to maximize truck utilization and efficiency
  • Maintain job progress and communicate with customers
  • Resolve customer concerns and service issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, sales, customer service, or business management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, employees, and vendors
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based business software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience in home services, construction, property management, landscaping, or related industries
  • Experience managing employees
  • Experience with CRM, scheduling, or field service software
