We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Overview: description about SCHIE, CSME, mission. That's about the role? Could be "About the role" or "Overview". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings. We have: - Overview (mission, team description) -> could be "About the role". Provide paragraph(s). - Responsibilities: list of responsibilities under "Responsibilities" heading. We have bullet-like paragraphs each starting with a bold heading? Actually the text: "The candidate for this position will be expected and able to complete the following responsibilities:" then list with headings: Strategic Business Operations, Business Management & Financial Stewardship, Executive Communications & Leadership Support, Cross-Functional Program Leadership, Operational Excellence & Process improvement, Organizational Health & Talent Programs, Risk Management & Decision Support. Each with description. We need to put these as
  • items. Probably each responsibility as a list item, maybe with sub-bullets? But we can keep each as a list item containing the description. - Qualifications: there is "Minimum Qualifications:" and "Other Requirements" and "Preferred Qualifications". We need to combine into Requirements and Qualifications sections? The instruction lists sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Typically "Requirements" could be minimum qualifications and other requirements (like security screening). "Qualifications" could be preferred qualifications. "Skills" could be skills mentioned (like financial acumen, executive communication, etc.) but those are in preferred qualifications. Might be redundant. We could put skills under Qualifications or separate. We need to avoid filler sections. If we have content for Skills, we can include; else omit. We have Pay info: base pay range. So we need a Pay section. Benefits: The posting mentions "Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Find additional benefits and pay information here: link". That's not specific benefits; it's a generic statement. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does mention benefits generically but not specific. Might be considered not specific enough. Probably we should omit Benefits section because no concrete benefits listed. Schedule: no schedule info. Omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications + other requirements), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe we can extract skills from preferred qualifications: financial acumen, executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, etc.) Could be separate but we could also incorporate into Qualifications. However we have a separate Skills section allowed; we could list skills as bullet list. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from minimum qualifications, other requirements, preferred qualifications. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, accommodation, etc. Also remove the link to benefits? The link is part of benefits statement; we can drop that line as it's just a link to benefits info; but we might keep the statement? The statement: "Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Find additional benefits and pay information here: https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/us-corporate-pay". This is generic; we might drop it as boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's about benefits/link. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those, but it's a link to benefits info; could be considered navigation? Might be safe to drop. However we still need to include Pay section with the pay ranges. So we keep that. Also we have "#SCHIE #CSME Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range..." That line includes the pay range. We'll extract that. Also there is line: "This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled." That's application instruction; drop. Also Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer... drop. Now craft HTML. We'll have:
