Business Manager

About the role

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Business Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell new and used Recreational Vehicle financing and insurance programs. Additionally, F&I Managers work with financial lenders to provide fair interest rates to buyers and manage various programs.

Responsibilities

• Selling vehicle financing and insurance to customers and explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Providing a comprehensive explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Offering referral services to the sales team for new sales.
• Training the sales team on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.

Qualifications

• Education: A college degree or equivalent experience in finance is preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: No specific licenses or certifications required.
• Experience: One year of experience in F&I is required.
• Abilities: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, excellent communication skills, and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and compliance practices.
• Skills: Ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K, Microsoft Office, and other applicable software.
