- To arrange training for field force on quarterly basis to improve product knowledge and for proper guideline on company SOP
- Developing team members for upper position
- Monitoring of over all expenses
- New products to be launched as per deadline
- Take personal responsibility for resolving customer's concerns , ensure that the team members have high customer service and implementation of frame
- Crop wise and product wise plan preparation along with budget
- Detailed plans to be made and submitted as per deadline
- Learning through attending workshops/seminars & reading books
