About the Role

This Business Management Associate Internship offers hands-on experience in Cargill’s Animal Nutrition business, exposing interns to a wide variety of challenging aspects such as Strategic Pricing, Supply Chain, Commodity Merchandising, Feed Formulation, Sourcing, or Strategic Marketing and Technology. The internship is designed to prepare you for your career journey, providing real-world experience and the opportunity to make a global impact.

Interns will be assigned a significant project at the beginning of the internship, building exposure to various work and cross-functional teams. The program is typically 12 weeks long, with opportunities for outstanding performers to return for internships, co-ops, or full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited program in supply chain, operations, business, sales, finance, agribusiness, business analytics, animal science, economics, ag-economics, leadership studies, or related degree; graduating between December 2027 – August 2029
• Proven ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
• Geographically flexible and willing to relocate for an internship opportunity anywhere in the U.S.
• Able to complete a 12-week internship in the summer (May/June – August)
• Possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

Pay

The expected hourly rate for this position is $23.13-$32.02. Compensation decisions are dependent on graduation date and eligibility for full-time employment.

Schedule

Internships are typically 12 weeks in duration during the summer (May/June – August). The majority of the work week will be in-office, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
