Responsibilities
- Affirms, analyzes, develops, and advises on manpower programs and functions.
- Develops Command Plans, Concept Plans, Manpower Surveys, TDA, and manpower reports.
- Manages civilian, contractor, and matrix personnel manpower.
- Creates a Concept Plan to request approval of an organizational restructure with updated manpower requirements for CPE IEW&S HQ.
- Ensures the Concept Plan follows all relevant guidance and regulations.
- Guarantees the Concept Plan supports Army objectives and priorities.
- Communicates the full understanding of the change to stakeholders.
- Facilitates auditing of resource realignments.
- Ensures supportability of the proposed changes.
- Explain how the CPE will implement the proposed change.
- Includes a resourcing strategy for manpower and equipment authorizations.
- Completes, staffs, and approves the Concept Plan by DCS, G–3/5/7 (DAMO–FMZ).
- Satisfies POM and BES submissions deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business.
- At least 5 years of business experience.
- At least 1 year of HR experience.
Qualifications
- Substitutions: Associate degree with 5 years’ experience specialized in HR.
