Business Logic Specialist- Intermediate (AI Community)

About the role

As a Business Logic Specialist, you will review AI-generated business emails, reports, and strategies to ensure they are professionally sound. You act as a "Business Mentor" for the AI, teaching it how a real company works by identifying gaps in business reasoning and ensuring outputs are not just grammatically correct but practically viable.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional Tone Review: Check AI-generated client communications to ensure they are polite, persuasive, and natural—not robotic or rude.
• Business Fact-Checking: Verify the accuracy of marketing plans, budgets, and other business advice to confirm the math is correct and the recommendations follow standard business rules.
• Process Training: Teach the AI how to handle common office tasks, such as summarizing meetings, drafting invoices, and creating project timelines.
• Ethics & Etiquette: Ensure the AI understands regional business etiquette (e.g., addressing a CEO in Riyadh vs. a startup founder in New York).

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance.
• Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language, with a strong grasp of real-world business communication in your country.
• English Proficiency: B1 (Intermediate) English to follow global project guidelines.
• Experience: 1–2 years of office work experience (internships included) is strongly preferred.

Assessment

You will be required to pass a subject-specific qualification exam and complete ID verification to be hired.

Pay

Pay rates for experts currently range from $10 - $17 USD per hour, with payment terms defined per project.
