Business Logic Specialist- Intermediate (AI Community)

About the role

As a Business Logic Specialist, your job is to teach the AI how a real company works. You will review AI-generated business emails, reports, and strategies to ensure they are not only grammatically correct but also professionally sound. You act as the "Business Mentor" for the AI.

Responsibilities

• Professional Tone Review: Check if an AI-generated email to a client sounds professional, polite, and persuasive, rather than robotic or rude.
• Business Fact-Checking: Verify that AI-suggested marketing plans or budgets have accurate math and follow standard business rules.
• Process Training: Teach the AI how to handle common office tasks, such as summarizing a meeting, drafting an invoice, or creating a project timeline.
• Ethics & Etiquette: Ensure the AI understands "Business Etiquette" for your specific region (e.g., how to address a CEO in Riyadh vs. a startup founder in New York).

Requirements

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance.
• Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language to understand real-world business communication in your country.
• English Proficiency: B1 (Intermediate) English to follow global project guidelines.
• Experience: 1–2 years of working in an office environment (even as an intern) is a plus.

Assessment: You’ll complete a subject-specific qualification exam and ID verification to determine suitability for the position.

Pay

Pay rates for experts range from $10 - $17 USD per hour, with terms defined per project.
