Nelson Mullins is seeking a Business Litigation Staff Attorney to join its Litigation group in the Columbia, South Carolina office.

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various business litigation matters
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
- Participate in depositions and trials
- Manage case files and deadlines
Requirements
- More than 1 year of experience as an attorney
- Knowledgeable in business litigation
- Comfortable with frequent court appearances
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Academic excellence
- Member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in South Carolina
