About the role

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a junior Business Litigation Associate to join its Houston, Texas office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country including some of the most significant matters in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex business disputes in a fast-paced litigation practice
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage and/or supervise litigation cases
• Significant courtroom experience
• Engage in complex motion practice and client interactions

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a practicing litigator in connection with complex business disputes
• Excellent understanding of civil procedure
• Admission to the Texas bar or eligibility for immediate admission
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Qualifications

• Federal judicial clerkship experience is preferred
