  • Business Litigation Associate: 5+ years of experience in litigation, including research, motion practice, briefing, due diligence, arguing motions, and conducting trials.

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Strong academic background.
  • J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School.
  • Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota/Wisconsin.
