Responsibilities

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into BI solutions
• Supporting the design and maintenance of data analytics and reporting systems
• Gathering and documenting requirements
• Performing systems analysis
• Building and maintaining dashboards
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable
• Working with ETL processes to prepare data for analysis
• Troubleshooting BI system issues
• Helping optimize data workflows
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improved reporting, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Strong systems analysis and analytical skills to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions
• Experience with data analytics and dashboards to build, maintain, and improve reporting and visualization tools
• Knowledge of Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes for preparing and integrating data from multiple sources
• Proficiency with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar), relational databases, and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement in a data or BI-focused role is beneficial
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality practices, and basic understanding of cloud-based data platforms is a plus
