Business Intelligence Analyst
Position Responsibilities
- Contribute to ongoing modernization efforts including the move to the cloud, and migration of existing business intelligence solutions to new SAP data sources.
- Design new business intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end delivery process of business intelligence solutions including:
- Define customer requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Determine appropriate data sources
- Data Mining and Analysis
- Deliver on schedule solutions
- Document process, procedures and technical content
- Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Legal requirements
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Provide Training to customer base on business intelligence solutions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in a technical or quantitative discipline like Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance or Statistics.
- 3+ years querying, manipulating and analyzing data with SQL.
- 3+ years working in a scripting language like Python or R. (Python Experience Preferred).
- 3+ years working with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. (Tableau Experience Preferred).
- Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) Processes, including combining data from multiple data sources, data cleaning and data validation.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Experience with other Software Development and Data Management tools like Version Control Systems (GitHub, GitLab), CI/CD pipelines, MS Access, Data Warehouses/Data Lakes, and Cloud Computing Systems (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of Software Development and Data Mining Project Methodologies like Agile, Scrum, CRISP-DM.
- The ability to engage stakeholders from varying levels of business with various degrees of technical knowledge.
- The ability to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in data management and visualization.
- 3+ years working in a manufacturing environment with experience in SAP or other MRP/ERP Software.
Position Location
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Pay & Benefits
The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range
$103,000 - $127,000
