Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 4 months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate Range: $67.00 - $73.94/hr on W2
Work Authorization: USC or GC only

About the role

At our client, we’re changing the world by giving people the tools to bring their ideas to life and create content that makes life more engaging. We enable businesses to engage their customers through elegantly designed content and harness data to turn insights into action. This role is part of the Enterprise Creativity & Productivity Customer Intelligence (CI) team, which drives growth for a $3B+ business across Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings. The CI team provides critical systems, tools, and insights to help Sales and Post-Sales teams succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to translate their goals into defined requirements, KPIs, and metrics, owning each request from intake and prioritization through delivery.
  • Build data visualization wireframes and translate requirements into user stories in Jira, working closely with Data Engineers and BI developers.
  • Own project management for select priority initiatives, ensuring effective cross-team collaboration and on-time delivery against deadlines.
  • Provide user support by triaging user-reported bugs, dashboard access requests, and other end-user issues across all users of the CI team's reporting solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of total work experience, including 3+ years in product management, preferably in data analytics or Business Intelligence.
  • Strong experience building product wireframes for data visualization products.
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort querying cloud data warehouses.
  • Demonstrated ability to build alignment and communicate effectively with varied stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Practical experience with agile or scrum product development using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to support multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with Power BI or an equivalent Business Intelligence platform is a plus.
  • Direct experience working with sales, sales operations, or post-sales teams is a plus.
  • Experience using AI to automate product workflows and accelerate delivery is a plus.
