Business Intelligence Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead commercial reporting and analytics initiatives that improve visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and incentive effectiveness. The manager will partner closely with sales, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen data quality, simplify processes, and deliver scalable insights. This is an opportunity to shape the commercial intelligence function and support better business decisions across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the commercial business intelligence strategy with Power BI reporting and analytics Govern commercial data ecosystems to ensure quality and consistency Drive enhancements and integration of CRM and commercial systems Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions Manage the sales incentive compensation program for transparency and alignment Identify and resolve data, process, and system gaps Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Sales Operations Proven experience supporting sales organizations and revenue performance Strong experience with Power BI, CRM platforms, and commercial reporting Demonstrated experience improving pipeline visibility and data quality Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Benefits Comprehensive health care programs Flexible remote working arrangements Paid time off 401(k) plan Enriching career development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
