  • Strategic Analytics & Business Insights - Partner closely with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, profitability drivers, operational inefficiencies, and emerging business trends. Support forecasting, scenario planning, resource allocation, inventory planning, and strategic decision-making. Analyze business performance across acquisition, conversion, retention, subscriptions, customer cohorts, product performance, marketplaces, operations, and finance. Translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations while clearly communicating assumptions, limitations, and confidence levels. Define project requirements, priorities, timelines, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for analytics initiatives. Review and validate agency deliverables for accuracy, logic, documentation quality, naming consistency, and business relevance. Maintain and prioritize the analytics roadmap across leadership, marketing, finance, operations, ecommerce, retail, and growth teams. Ensure analytics projects are delivered on time, with clear requirements and measurable business value. Escalate blockers and drive resolution to keep projects moving efficiently.

  • Tracking & Analytics Infrastructure - Partner with developers and external analytics partners to maintain accurate event tracking and data collection systems. Support implementation, validation, and QA for GTM, pixels, server-side tracking, browser-based tracking, webhooks, and related analytics infrastructure. Oversee funnel reporting, customer journey analysis, and event taxonomy management within platforms such as Amplitude or PostHog.
