Business Intelligence Manager
About the role
URM Stores, Inc. is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to lead URM’s enterprise reporting, analytics, semantic modeling, and business data delivery capabilities. This role supports SAP BusinessObjects and DB2-based reporting while advancing modern analytics capabilities using Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Prefect, governed data products, and self-service analytics. The role combines people leadership, technical judgment, stakeholder partnership, and delivery discipline to ensure BI solutions are accurate, scalable, secure, and aligned to URM’s business priorities. This is a 100% onsite position, relocation assistance will not be provided.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise BI roadmap in partnership with technology and business leadership.
- Establish standards for dashboards, reports, datasets, semantic models, KPIs, naming conventions, documentation, testing, and change control.
- Promote use of governed, certified data sources and reduce duplicate or conflicting reporting logic.
