- Advanced experience with big data in large organizations
- Prominent experience creating data visualizations that guide strategic decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business and technical requirements
- Deep understanding of healthcare-related data
- Strong communication skills with senior leadership
