Responsibilities

• Work on state-of-the-art research, advanced software tools, new AI systems, and machine learning algorithms
• Leverage Amazon's in-house tech stack to bring innovative solutions to life
• Deliver over 6 million online candidate assessments per year
• Help Amazon hire hundreds of thousands of workers in the right quantity, at the right location, and at exactly the right time

Requirements

• 5+ years of SQL experience
• 1+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources
• 1+ years of performing statistical analysis
• 1+ years of developing automated reporting
• Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
• Experience with AWS technologies
• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs
• Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $130,400.00 - $176,300.00 annually.
