Job Description Key Responsibilities Key Performance Metrics: Competencies Qualifications & Experience: Data Visualization & Business Intelligence: Design, develop, and implement data visualization and BI applications to enable data-driven decisions for business leaders.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes, ensuring intuitive and effective user experiences.Innovation & Problem Solving: Continuously explore new ways to transform complex data into compelling stories that drive decision-making.Data Infrastructure Improvement: Identify and address data and design challenges within internal and external data sources and visualization tools.Technology Exploration: Learn and adopt cutting-edge technologies and tools to keep ahead of industry trends.Standards Development: Participate and contribute to strategies, standards, and best practices for data analysis and visualization.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Technology, Marketing, Operations, and other service lines to transition concepts and prototypes into production-ready solutions.Stakeholder feedback and satisfaction.Quality and impact of visualizations and tools produced.Efficiency in service delivery and request turnaround time.Accuracy and comprehensiveness of data used in visualizations.Fulfillment of business case requirements.Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or a similar role.Experience in creating data visualizations that drive actionable insights.Proficiency in Power BI, CRMA, Tableau, or similar tools such as Tableau, d3.js, or MapboxKnowledge of SQL and APIs.Project management skills and the ability to harmonize various data sources.Strong understanding of visual design principles and their application in data-driven tools and visualizations.Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into impactful visualizations.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Team player with strong collaboration skills.High degree of accountability and ownership in delivering quality outcomes.Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
