Essential Function
- Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to support business decisions.
- Create, manage, and maintain data warehouses and databases for efficient storage and retrieval of data.
- Develop and generate reports and dashboards that clearly summarize and visualize data findings for stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to help guide business strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the organization's goals and performance.
- Create and manage predictive models to forecast future trends and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Manage and optimize business intelligence (BI) tools and systems to ensure efficient and effective data usage across the organization.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business management, supply chain, statistics, computer science, or information technology.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable way.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar tools to manage data processing and analysis.
- Previous experience with BI tools and systems (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain functions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
