Business Intelligence Analyst Lead

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Consults with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope
• Collaborates with stakeholders on designing analytic studies and reporting solutions
• Plans and prioritizes project tasks and requests
• Develops and executes complex queries for data analysis and reporting
• Presents analysis and reporting findings to stakeholders
• Mentors junior analysts on project work and presentation skills
• Participates in strategic departmental initiatives and advises on best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or analytics
• Proficient in data structures, programming, and statistics
• Experience designing and executing complex queries for data analysis
• Ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or team members
• Familiarity with various business intelligence software systems
