About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst Lead provides advanced reporting and analytics support to an assigned Line of Business. Primary responsibilities include the synthesis of information from multiple data sources into sophisticated BI solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams towards shared goals, identifying key insights, and presenting to senior management. Leverages big data and augmented BI solutions to solve complex business problems or provide strategic decision support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, optimization, and automation of BI dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics across deposits, acquisition, client segmentation, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Design and develop solutions using appropriate BI/Reporting tools in support of stakeholder requirements.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to enhance data infrastructure, ensuring efficient data integration and governance.
  • Use independent judgement and discretion to make decisions and analyze/resolve problems.
  • Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
  • Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job, including completing required compliance trainings.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) or foreign equivalent.
  • 7+ years of relevant data engineering, data analytics, computer science, or business intelligence industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience in modern data architecture and data modeling.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data transformation tools.
  • Strong programming experience in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Proven experience with one of the BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).

  • Fosters or supports a positive work culture and productive work environment, emphasizing effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Pay

Pay Range: $84,591.75 – $137,736.00
