Business Intelligence Analyst - In Office, Lincoln, NE only

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reviewing data from our products and services. They collaborate with the Data Scientist team to apply this data to market analysis for customer service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve issues, working closely with managers and developers.
• Create internal reporting features to streamline information processing and sharing within the company.
• Use Microsoft Excel, and preferred skills in SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and/or R/Python.

Requirements

• In Office Position. 4.5 day regular work week. Commute to local office daily required.
