Business Intelligence Analyst (Full-time)

Analyze performance and market data, develop business intelligence systems, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize e-commerce marketing strategies, pricing, and campaign performance. Job Responsibilities Apply analytical methods to evaluate livestream, seller, and campaign performance across conversion funnels, including traffic, engagement, conversion, and retention metrics;Analyze large-scale performance and pricing datasets to identify trends, diagnose growth bottlenecks, and develop data-driven strategies for campaign and pricing optimization;Design and conduct structured experiments, including A/B testing, to optimize product pricing, promotional strategies, and campaign performance;Develop and maintain business intelligence systems, including databases, reporting frameworks, and dashboards, to support data collection, analysis, and decision-making;Perform segmentation and cohort analysis to support customer and seller lifecycle management and improve retention and engagement;Gather and analyze competitive market and industry data to identify trends, evaluate strategies, and support business planning;Develop and implement automated data processes and tools using programming languages, including data extraction, integration, and real-time tracking across platforms; andTranslate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth. Requirements This position requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Applied Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Additionally, must have demonstrated knowledge acquired through employment experience and/or academic coursework for each of the following: Microsoft Excel, including data modeling, pivot tables, and statistical functions;Data analysis and performance metrics development;Business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard development;Programming and querying for data analysis, including SQL and Python or R;Experimental design and performance optimization; andData management, inventory analysis, and operational reporting.
