About the role
Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) is seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager. This role plays a crucial part in the Business Intelligence & Analytics Department by developing, maintaining, and enhancing business intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, department leaders, and technical teams to transform organizational data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETLs, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Maintain the performance and accuracy of business intelligence solutions.
- Create technical documentation and data definitions.
- Support enterprise data quality, governance, and master data management initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting, improve data accessibility, and enhance business processes through effective use of analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare reports and analyses for internal leadership and external reporting requests.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.
- Stay current on emerging business intelligence technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of directly related experience, or a minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence, data management, or a related analytical role.
- At least three years of experience in business intelligence, data management, or a related analytical role.
- At least two years of intensive experience with the Domo platform.
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Experience in data governance, data quality, statistical analysis, and modern visualization platforms.

Benefits
The Business Intelligence Analyst at Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) is offered a pay range between $70,000 and $98,768 annually, based on education and experience. This is an exempt position.
