What You'll Do

  • Build, maintain, and own dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau, ensuring they meet the needs of senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop, optimize, and govern complex queries using SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and Vertica
  • Use Python for advanced data processing, automation, and predictive analytics
  • Analyze trends and KPIs such as CSAT, average handle time, and recontact rate, providing strategic recommendations based on findings
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to translate high-level business questions into scalable data solutions
  • Lead the automation of recurring reporting workflows to drive scalability and operational efficiency
  • Design and deploy AI-powered analytics solutions, including building and integrating large language model (LLM) workflows with a focus on prompt engineering and token efficiency
  • Communicate and present insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders through clear, compelling visual storytelling and data narratives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior analysts on the team

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
  • Expert-level SQL proficiency across multiple databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Vertica)
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered analytics solutions using large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, token optimization, and cost-efficient API usage at scale
  • Strong proficiency in Python for analytics, automation, and data pipeline development
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools and the ability to integrate them into production analytics workflows
  • Advanced experience with Tableau or other enterprise BI visualization platforms
  • Deep understanding of key support metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT) and contact center analytics
  • Proven experience managing and presenting to senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple high-visibility initiatives
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
