Temporary full-time role based in Santa Clara, CA (onsite, 8 AM – 5 PM PT) with an estimated duration of 7 months and an hourly rate range of $45.00 – $55.00.
About the role
This position supports NVIDIA’s Partner Network Program, focusing on business intelligence, analytics, and process improvement for sales, channel, and partner operations.
Responsibilities
- Update and build charts, graphs, and dashboards for data storytelling in communications materials and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Identify, improve, and build key business processes for the NVIDIA Partner Network Program to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with the NPN Program and Operations team on high-complexity, strategic issues requiring analysis of situations, data, and systems.
- Drive insights through quantitative and qualitative data to enhance overall business intelligence.
- Participate in the full application lifecycle (design, development, testing, and deployment) using company-approved tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or support environment, with an emphasis on analytics, business intelligence, implementation, system support, maintenance, and enhancement.
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- 2+ years of experience with tools like Salesforce, Lead Data, Python, and Tableau.
- Experience handling large, demanding sales channel operations functions and partners.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- A passion for winning, strong aptitude for business strategy, and excellent collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with integrity, accountability, and high motivation.
- Experience in graphics, AI/deep learning, high-performance computing, cloud datacenter, or edge computing development/deployment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple customers and programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
