About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and reporting. This role assists with gathering business requirements, developing reports and dashboards, validating data, and providing analytical support to internal stakeholders. Domestic travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support enhancement of business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data solutions for business needs
• Gather business requirements, assist with data validation, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting
• Collaborate to troubleshoot reporting issues, support KPI development, and provide data-driven insights
• Assist with solution implementation, documentation, and support of existing BI applications and reporting
• Other duties as assigned
